Testimonials
"After having an episiotomy with the birth of my son, I was hoping that one year on, I would’ve felt further along in my healing. I found Sue online amongst other physio’s but was drawn to her personal approach and knowledgeable background. Although we were not able to meet in person, the virtual appointment was still incredibly informative, kind and professional. Sue’s holistic approach to my issues was just what I needed. I left the appointment feeling confident and informed with exercises and recommendations for my recovery which have been proving very effective"

"I went to see Sue for a mummy MOT (which confirmed DR and a hernia) and decided to join Sue for her postnatal course. Both Sue and Gill were excellent in guiding me on every exercise, making sure it was all safely and correctly done. We managed to do a few sessions as a group before lockdown, and it was very good! The babies would stay next door with very caring nannies so we could enjoy a relaxed, uninterrupted workout.Once lockdown took place, Gill and Sue were sending us video workouts to keep us moving. I felt they were very comprehensive, in a wide range of durations, and just wish I had a bit more time to repeat them throughout the week!"

"I first heard of Sue Lewis' name over 25 years ago; and suffice to say, I regret not going to see her for ante-natal classes back then. Sue's reputation was legendary and she was known as the ante-natal guru! Fast forward 25 years and 3 children later; I had a need to see a gynae physio and Gill recommended Sue. I was thrilled as I knew of Sue's highly regarded reputation and expertise.

Sue has been very compassionate and given me excellent advice and treatment. I would highly recommend Sue."
